Rahasia dibalik Binter Merzy

 Dalam artikel ini,saya ingin berbagi pengetahuan kepada sahabat binter merzy.Mudah-mudahan artikel atau informasi ini berguna bagi pencinta binter merzy.

Subsitusi 

- untuk Handgrip gas Kawasaki binter merzy bisa pakai handgrip kawasaki W175.

- untuk karet aki bisa diganti dengan suzuki satria FU 150

Setelan klep yang cocok untuk binter merzy adalah Inhoust 0.1mm dan exhoust 0.2mm

Kalau kita beli kunci kontak yang bukan original dapat memakai kawasaki binter gto atau KH 110.Perbedaan yang perlu sahabat ketahui,Kunci kontak yang original terdiri dari 4 kabel dan jika dikontak atau posisi ON , maka 2 kabel saling berhubungan atau on dan 2 kabel lagi juga ON.Sedangakn untuk binter GTO kontaknya walaupun 4 kabel tetapi posisi kontak ON , 2 kabel ON dan 2 kabel OFF .Skema Original kontak Binter Merzy

Kalau kita beli di onine kabel body binter merzy CDI,maka Skema kabel atau wiring diagram Binter Merzy CDI 1983-1985 , 90 persen sama dengan kabel yang dijual dipasaran.Perbedaannya adalah pada bagian klakson,kunci kontak

Untuk aki saya gunakan aki kering maintence free merk BOSCH .

Untuk kiprok atau reguator saya buat sendiri dan hasilnya memuaskan dengan slow cahrger maximal 1 Ampere dengan menggunakan Ic's LM317.Berikut skemanya

Kapasitor 3300uf saya ganti dengan Dioda Zener 15V 1 watt 2 pcs yang dirangkai secara seri sehingga menghasilkan 30V.Ini untuk menekan maximal tegangan yang masuk max.30Vdc dan diparalel dengan kapasitor 330u 50V.

Spul pengisian aki saya mencoba gulung sendiri dan hasilnya cukup memuaskan.

Untuk handle binter merzy saya gunakan subsitusi Handle yang beredar dionline.

Ada beberapa kabel harus disesuaikan dengan skema / wiring diagram kabelnya.

Kabel sikring saya gunakan punya Yamaha Nmax.

Untuk tensioner bisa pakai Kawasaki KAZE

Hybrid Amplifier Single Ended.

First time I created an electronic audio blog on the website. Hopefully I can be useful to listen to the sounds from what I made. I have tried audio circuits on the market both Power amplifiers using Ic's, Transistors, Mosfet. This time I tried hybrid amplifiers using tubes , transistors and Mosfet.

On the other hand, I think also that constant current souce is very important in amplifier stability and also the sound produced is really pure an amplifier class.

For the current souce, I use each current source with 2 bipilar transistors or a combination with mosfet at the output stage.

I only test with a device that I have a cheap multimeter and also with the touch of a finger to find out the ac output voltage that comes out of an amplifier without or oscillator, wave generator and so on and I just hear the sound produced. make. Pure Class-A single-ended Hybrid Amplifier

Strengthening the preamp tube is approximately 20x (40db) and also for the 10k / 1k + 1 = 11x (20db) power amplifier stage.

The choice of class A

From the above it should be obvious that the choice of class A not is taken just to be eccentric. In contrary it is not difficult to find good arguments to let the amplifier work in class A.

• Lower harmonic distortion in the voltage amplifier
• Lower harmonic distortion in the current amplifier

• Simpler design
• Lower distortion
• Higher suppression of ripple and noise from the power supply
• Lower output impedance
• Better DC stability
• Suppression of interference from the loudspeaker connection

Note:

The function of Rload and Cload is very important to prevent high frequency that we don't want from the preamplifier output tube. In other words, if there is a problem with something from the Power Amplifier input signal, Rload will heat up and burn, so this is to prevent (meaning there is a problem with the Tube Preamplifier Series.)
