Hybrid Amplifier

First time I created an electronic
audio blog on the website. Hopefully I can be useful to listen to the sounds
from what I made. I have tried audio circuits on the market both Power
amplifiers using Ic's, Transistors, Mosfet. This time I tried hybrid amplifiers
using tubes , transistors and Mosfet.
On the other hand, I think also that
constant current souce is very important in amplifier stability and also the
sound produced is really pure an amplifier class.
For the current souce, I use each
current source with 2 bipilar transistors or a combination with mosfet at the
output stage.
I only test with a device that I have a
cheap multimeter and also with the touch of a finger to find out the ac output
voltage that comes out of an amplifier without or oscillator, wave generator
and so on and I just hear the sound produced. make. Pure Class-A single-ended
Hybrid Amplifier
Strengthening the preamp tube is
approximately 20x (40db) and also for the 10k / 1k + 1 = 11x (20db) power
amplifier stage.
Strengthening the preamp tube is
approximately 23x (30db) and also for the 10k / 1k + 1 = 11x (20db) power
amplifier stage.
The
choice of class A
From the above it should be obvious
that the choice of class A not is taken just to be eccentric. In contrary it is
not difficult to find good arguments to let the amplifier work in class A.
The advantages can be summarized as:
- No cross over distortion
- No switching distortion
- Lower harmonic distortion in the voltage amplifier
- Lower harmonic distortion in the current amplifier
- No signal dependent distortion from the power supply
- Constant and low output impedance
- Simpler design
- Lower distortion
- Higher suppression of ripple and noise from the power supply
- Lower output impedance
- Better DC stability
- Suppression of interference from the loudspeaker connection
Note:
The function of Rload and Cload is very important to prevent high frequency that we don't want from the preamplifier output tube. In other words, if there is a problem with something from the Power Amplifier input signal, Rload will heat up and burn, so this is to prevent (meaning there is a problem with the Tube Preamplifier Series.)
